Made for Sales has been tasked with recruiting a Project Sales Manager for Trioworld. Trioworld is the company that quickly adapted parts of its production in Sweden during the pandemic to manufacture protective gowns for healthcare. This initiative marked the beginning of a successful collaboration where the gowns have now replaced imported disposable gowns. Used gowns are collected after use at hospitals, transported to Trioworld's facility in Korsberga where they are recycled into new gowns. In the role of Project Sales Manager, you will be responsible for existing customers as well as initiating new contacts and collaborations with officials, politicians, and employees within healthcare in regions across the country. To succeed in this role, we believe you are skilled at processing, maintaining, and creating networks.

You thrive in a complex ecosystem where one day you discuss procurement and contract requirements with the region's procurement organization, and the next day you address questions about healthcare hygiene, logistics, or how the products are used in everyday life. The role requires that you are confident in dialogue with everyone from hospital directors to nurses and that you can translate needs and requirements between parties that often stand far apart. You are not alone in the procurements, but you are expected to be driving in customer dialogue and have a good understanding of how public procurement works.

We are looking for you who…

• Have experience working in complex customer environments with many stakeholders and long decision-making processes
• Have the ability to drive and take overall responsibility for an ongoing business, including follow-up, reporting, and continuous customer dialogue
• Are used to working independently in a national role where travel is a natural part of everyday life
• Are confident in dialogue with both strategic decision-makers and operational users
• Have very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Work systematically and have the ability to manage several parallel contact points and activities simultaneously

In addition, it is desirable that you have experience with sustainability issues and/or circular business models. Experience from healthcare or other politically governed organizations is also meritorious. As a person, you are trustworthy, persistent, and unpretentious, with the ability to influence and drive development in environments where results are created over time.

You will work from home, preferably somewhere in central or southern Sweden. The role is national in nature and involves regular travel, where travel patterns and geography may vary over time as the business develops and customer needs change.
